Withdrawal Request

Just ordered in a haste and changed your mind? No worries! According to EU laws you have 14 days to withdraw your order.

For all in stock items we will always accept cancellations. For custom MADE TO ORDER pieces, cancellations will be accepted, if the items have not been produced yet. After an order has been shipped, it is of course not possible anymore to cancel, even if it's within the 14 days.

Please don't place your order in a haste :)
