How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All ready & available items will be shipped out latest 3 business days after the order was placed. Pre order items will be shipped out 1 to 2 weeks after the order was placed. For custom orders it always depends, but we're doing our best to get everything shipped out asap and we'll keep you posted on the progress.
How long does it take for my order to arrive after it's shipped?
Domestic shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping to EU usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping to the US and all other countries can take up to 3 weeks. All packages are shipped by normal shipping through CTT.
Can I return an order?
No, unfortunately we can't accept any returns. Please read all the descriptions before you place an order. If you feel unsure about an item, feel free to reach out. We'd love to answer all questions you might have in order to relieve any doubts.
My item arrived broken, what now?
If your ordered item arrives broken, please reach out to us in the following 14 days of receiving your order. Even though packaging is done in a way to ensure the safety of your ordered items, it might happen that something breaks in the shipping process. We'll figure out an appropriate solution. After the 14 days, we consider the order as good and don't take responsibility for damage.
